Situated on The Broadway, Wimbledon’s main shopping and entertainment strip, the Curzon has been a local favourite since opening in 2009. The cinema has three decent-sized, colour-coded screening rooms – the 103-seat Red screen, the 91-seat Blue screen and the 71-seat Green screen – each with appropriately hued decor/furnishings. Like all of the cinemas in the Curzon chain, the venue has a commitment to arthouse and foreign-language cinema, as well as showing the latest Hollywood releases. There’s also a cosy café-bar offering a host of tasty snacks, coffees, craft beers and cocktails.
