With its amply cushioned sofa seats and at-your-seat waiter service, Cardiff’s Everyman certainly puts comfort first, living up to its promise of luxury movie-going.
Found in Mermaid Quay, Cardiff Bay, this five-screen boutique cinema also houses Everyman’s wittily named Spielburger kitchen, a bar-and-lounge space which offers a range of burgers (the clue’s in the name), cocktails and build-your-own sundaes.
It also serves up a diverse menu of cinematic offerings, too, mixing mainstream, classic and indie films with regular events, including live-satellite broadcasts of opera and theatre performances. All of which are delivered in NEC 2k projection and Dolby 7.1 surround, whether you’re chilling in its 67-seat Screen 1, or its dinky 31-seater.
Getting Here, Map & Parking
Mermaid Quay has a 380-space car park, you'll find it immediately next to the complex.
If you're coming by rail, Cardiff Bay Station is a 7 minute walk from the cinema.
By bus, Buses Baycar 8 and 35 stop at Mermaid Quay.
Or, if you're the boating type - the Aquabus serves Mermaid Quay.
