The Theatr Colwyn isn’t just the UK’s oldest working cinema, it’s also the oldest working theatre in Wales, meaning arts lovers looking to reduce their screen time can take in live entertainment ranging from panto to piano recitals. Its age doesn’t show when it comes to watching films, though, with the 19th-century building housing a very 21st-century 4k digital screen.
