About Tyneside Newcastle

Contact & About

Newcastle’s Tyneside cinema is a one-stop-shop for a day or night out. Not only is the cinema – a registered charity – home to a feast of film, it also has a proper restaurant. The Bar Café is far more than its name suggests, offering a menu of hearty dishes, kids’ meals, snacks and drinks, including an impressive wine list and selection of craft beers.

You can book a table in advance online. When it comes to consuming movies, the Tyneside claims to have the region’s most varied programme, leaning towards independent productions and local filmmakers – all available to watch in the beautiful art-deco theatre.
