You're early.

We aren’t quite ready for you, we’re still in BETA. We will be tinkering and getting things sorted until about October, when the full glory of Flicks will be ready and present.

Until then movie fan, until then.

Surreal Australian stop-frame animated feature which boldy asks: What is the meaning of life? Based on the short stories of Israeli writer Etgar Keret.

Unemployed,  28 year-old Dave (Samuel Johnson) spies an ad for a booklet which claims to offer the meaning of life for the very reasonable price of $9.99. In his mission to share his find with the world, Dave crosses paths with his Sydney apartment block neighbours: an old man and his disgruntled guardian angel, a magician in debt, a bewitching woman who likes her men extra smooth, a broken-hearted man who befriends a group of hard-partying two-inch-tall students, and a little boy who sets his piggy bank free. Their stories are woven together, examining life's big question.
