About Electric Cinema White City

Contact & About

A sister site to Portobello Road’s historic Electric Cinema, the Soho House Group’s other cinema outlet is based in Television Centre, White City, which for more than 50 years was the home of iconic BBC shows such as Top of the Pops and Blue Peter. Its programme tends towards the mainstream alongside occasional foreign-language and arthouse titles. With the luxury touches members expect, the three screens boast soft armchairs, flanked by lamplit tables for snacks and drinks from the fully licensed bar. After something more substantial to eat? Downstairs space The Allis offers all-day drinks and dining with an outdoor terrace. The 4K-capable set-up includes laser phosphur projection, Dolby Atmos and XpanD 3D. As well as being available for private functions, the cinema offers concessions for members (and anyone willing to sit in the front row). Parents will be relieved to know there’s a weekend kids’ club and baby-friendly screenings.
