About Olympic Cinema Barnes

Contact & About

Beginning life as an entertainment palace in 1906, the Olympic transformed into a cinema in 1910 and spent time as a successful theatre and then a world-famous recording studio used by artists including the Beatles, Oasis, Madonna and the Spice Girls. It retains that love of audio with impressive sound quality, and patrons can choose from recliners, love seats, sofas and footstools along the front row. An award-winning restaurant offers everything from full English breakfasts and roast dinners to high tea available on the al fresco terrace. The Members’ Club isn’t just an opportunity for discounts – it’s an actual members-only space on the first floor, available for working, meeting with clients or hanging out with friends.
