Tom Cruise is Jack Reacher - a stoic, ice-cool drifter and former military investigator engrossed in a case involving an army-trained assassin. Co-stars Rosamund Pike, Robert Duvall and Werner Herzog as Reacher's nemesis. Based on Lee Child’s novel One Shot, from writer/director Christopher McQuarrie (The Usual Suspects).
When a sniper takes five lives with six shots, all evidence points to the suspect in custody. On interrogation, the suspect claims his innocence and offers up a single note: "Get Jack Reacher."
