Guillermo del Toro presents this supernatural, ghostly gothic horror about two sisters who disappear into the woods the day their mother is murdered. Having survived alone in the wilderness for five years, they are found and taken in, but an evil presence follows them. Co-stars Jessica Chastain.
Since Victoria and Lilly vanished, their Uncle Lucas (Game of Thrones’ Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and his girlfriend, Annabel (Chastain), have been madly searching for them. When the kids are found alive in a decrepit cabin, they're welcomed into Lucas and Annabel's home. As Annabel tries to introduce the children to a normal life, she grows convinced of an evil presence in their house.
