Israeli tragi-comedy about the HR manager of Jerusalem's largest bakery in the midst of a PR nightmare. This was the Israeli entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 83rd Academy Awards.
After one the bakery's female employees is killed in a suicide-bomb attack, her body lies unclaimed in a morgue for a week, creating a big, unwanted scandal. The bakery's owner (Gila Almagor) instructs her Human Resources manager (Mark Ivanir) to accompany her body back to her Romanian homeland to be buried. The funeral procession is plagued by unexpected events.
