Kevin Bacon leads this crime series about a notorious serial killer who, after being found guilty of murdering 14 female students on the Virginia college campus where he taught literature, escapes from death row. 

It’s the battle of wills, as Andie (Kate Hudson) needs to prove she can dump a guy in 10 days, whereas Ben (Matthew McConaughey) needs to prove he can win a girl in 10 days. 

Follows a crime (usually a murder), usually adapted from current headlines, from two separate vantage points, the police investigation and the prosecution in court.
